Hospital Management Team
TOBB ETU has a professional hospital management team. Management’s main philosophy is to be patient focused while keeping the patient in the center and seeing through patients’ eyes at all times. Being patient focused is also defined as listenning to patients more, talking to patients more, involving families in the course of treatment and care, respecting their values and following up on them even after they are discharged.
The Patients’ Services Department makes sure that patients and their relatives give their feedbacks about the hospital, staff and the services provided. The management carefully reviews these feedbacks and takes immediate actions to keep patients and relatives satisfied.
